We have all had bad days. But this Minor league baseball coach takes the cake. I think he got a 5 game suspension for his actions. You gotta love the crawl finished with a hand grenade lob at the umpire. Baseball has never been this exciting! I wonder if his whole point is to protect his players or is he just missing a couple screws?

The 2007 NBA All Star Game weekend is already in full swing in Las Vegas with the city packed with high powered celebs and party goers. As Sin City takes it’s game to the next level, so did the NBA Slam Dunk Competition. With the greatest dunkers of all time looking on including Michael Jordan, Dr J and Kobe Bryant, this years competition had a little extra pressure. Of course, it’s not all pressure at these events (as you will see the bonus footage of Shaq break dancing at the beginning of this clip in a dance off with Lebron). Still, the dunkers tried to take it to the next level including defending champ Nate Robinson putting on a show for the little guys and Dwight Howard showing that the big guys can get up too (really up!). But the star of the show was the Boston Celtic’s Gerald Green who even did a little Dee Brown throwback and some new twists to some old dunking favorites.

For those of you weaned on the old Nintendo Entertainment System, you’ll certainly remember this classic football video game, Super Tecmo Bowl. With the Chicago Bears victory on Sunday, the Bears will return to the Super Bowl for the first time since 1985 where they will face the Indianapolis Colts. Of course while most football fans will remember the ’85 Bears as one of the greatest defensive teams of all time, most casual fans will always remember that team for an even greater performance – “The Super Bowl Shuffle”.
